Dr. Christine Castro, DMD, Dentist

Background and Credentials

Dr. Christine Tracy C Castro has been in private practice in North County San Diego for over 30 years. She graduated from Manila Central University in the Philippines. She currently holds a dental license in both California and Arizona!

Dr. Castro is passionate about creating both beautiful and healthy smiles. In her office, she has two very helpful dental support dogs, Truffles and
Nugget!

When she isn't creating beautiful smiles, she enjoys spending time with family and her two pets. She also enjoys walks, taking in the beautiful weather of San Diego, and trying the latest foods.

Mr. Edwin, Office Director

Edwin Licup works our front office, known for his warm greetings and infectious laughter. He works hard to get you the most out of your insurance benefits, working diligently to navigating every area of the practice. Whether assisting with inquiries or guiding clients through their benefits, Edwin's positive attitude and expertise shine through in every interaction.

Mr. Licup is a Navy Veteran and in his free time he likes to meet new people and explore new places!

Karen, RDH

Karen is our Registered Dental Hygienist here at Cardiff. Skilled in providing detailed oral cleaning and hygiene, our patients are left extremely satisfied! 

Zenndy, RDA

Zenndy is our Registered Dental Assistant here at Cardiff! With a constant smile on her face and loving personality, she helps the doctor during treatment and around the office. She makes our patients feel right at home.

Zenndy is a mother and in her free time, she likes all things outdoors like hiking and sports. She is a pet lover and huge Padres fan!

Jeanne, CDA

Jeanne is a Certified Dental Assistant here at Cardiff. She helps assist the doctor in treatment and around the office.

Jeanne is a Pre-Dental student at UC San Diego and is working to become a dentist with the mentorship of Dr. Castro. In her free time, she likes to swim, play cello, and hangout with her family.
